Delivered a number of initiatives including creating the core booking platform and the website helping easyJet migrate to being fully digital with over 98% of its bookings coming from the internet.  

  • Booking system saved an estimated $50m per annum in reduced costs. 
  • New website generated and estimated £35m in increased revenue in its first year 
  • 1st airline to be able to fully change bookings online.

Run all IT operations in the UK for a period of over 7 years, redefining the IT function to focus on adding value to the organisation across operations and ecommerce. 

  • By using selective outsourcing have delivered appropriate levels of system reliability and stability  
  • Built a strong e-commerce capability increasing digital sales from 25% to 75% of total sales 
  • Rolled out a new EPOS system across over 800 stores providing enhanced capabilities in-store 
  • Created the company’s data warehouse improving the quality and speed of decision making
